1. Professional and technical personnel training
In order to meet the needs of the park manufacturers to recruit and train technical talents, and to improve the professional knowledge and skills of the employees of the park manufacturers, CTSP Bureau continues to handle the 'Professional and Technical Talents Training Plan' every year, offering courses in five fields, including ptoelectronics, other technologies and management, semiconductor technology, biomedicine and precision machinery, which not only provides diversified learning channels for the employees of the park manufacturers, but also improves the on-the-job human quality and professional skills, thus building the core and key capabilities of the employees in the park.
From 2022 to 2023, CTSP Bureau offered 97 training courses in five fields, with 1,876 trainees, and made digital learning courses to provide convenient learning methods for employees in the park, effectively saving time and space and achieving the purpose of efficient learning.
2. Talent Cultivation Plan of Science Park
In order to encourage colleges and industries around the park to jointly offer modular courses and enterprise internship course, we can master the practical needs of technical manpower in the science and technology industry through cooperation between industry and university and training courses in the industry. Through enterprise internship opportunities to increase practical experience, enhance the employment function of prospective graduates, shorten the gap between talents in science and technology industry, effectively make up for the manpower gap needed by the industry, and implement the plan of rooting high-quality talents. From 2022 to 2023, a total of 25 module courses and enterprise internship courses were approved, with a total subsidy of NT$ 15.95 million and a total of 1,376 talents trained.
